 All functional parts of the tillers tiare entirely metal and all rotating elements are assembled with roller bearings. The reduction gear is chain, and its corpus is made from solid sheet iron (2,5mm), which provides great strength of construction. The special spring cogwheel is designed to absorb the torsions, reduce the vibrations and noise during the working process. The near located reduction gear’s clinchers prevent from penetrating soil and solid fractions. All moving parts are made from metal and the machine bearings have extra dust-proof. The construction is completely dismountable, which provides easy maintenance. The engine is equipped with oil sensor, the air filter is for frequently usage, the feed-tank is galvanized against corrosion and the exhausts are turned aside the operator. The engine is protected against overloading by cogged trapezium-shaped driving belt. The handlebar is ergonomically with possibility of adjusting. It also can be disassembled without using tools. The working sections are compact and can be fixed at different width (30-60-90 cm.) depending on cultivating crops and spaces between the rows. The spuds are made from qualitative heat-treated steel and are fixed to the working sections by clinchers, which provide their easy replacement after attrition.
